This dres is crafted from Oeko-Tex 100 cotton spandex fabric that has been pre-washed, so your dress won't shrink. Features include a lined bodice and a high/low/high circle skirt. The skirt front and back fall above the knee, and the skirt sides are hi/low/hi (shorter, more vintage length).
